AE Select defines which employers are recommended as attractive.

AE Select grants you as a qualified employer a publicly visible membership in a curated employment community. The intake is carried out exclusively on the basis of defined quality criteria. It is not artificial and not automated. With your inclusion you will be recognized as a recommended employer within your branch and your country. AE Select is not an advertising platform, but a limited, quality-based selection of candidates. This pairing is possible free of cost, provided the criteria are met. The publication is structured via the AE Platform and associated communication channels.
	Focus on quality The AE Community recommends carefully selected companies. AE recommends employers who stand for: › Appreciation of employees, › Planning security and reliability, › Long-term future prospects, and › Loyal, sustainable working relationships. The AE Recommendation Lists are based on an internal, multidimensional assessment of employer attractiveness, economic stability, and future viability. They are deliberately designed as a qualitatively curated selection and are not generated automatically, but rather through expert evaluation and classification by experienced individuals. Only companies that offer reliable employment prospects from today's perspective and demonstrate a responsible, future-oriented employer attitude are considered.
Exclusivity through limitation Example: Corporate landscape in Germany: In Germany, there are over 3 million companies subject to sales tax, the majority of which undoubtedly see themselves as “attractive employers” and work to create a positive employer image. However, our mission is not to present the largest possible number of companies per sector online. Instead, we want to offer job seekers high-quality guidance with our AE Recommendation Lists. We currently only recognize 870 companies in Germany as truly attractive employers. The inclusion of a company in our AE Recommendation List is exclusively at the invitation of our team - provided there is a vacancy available. When selecting suitable companies, we work closely with selected partners who support us in the careful assessment process. A renewed recording process after a conclusion is in principle not provided for.
